Virtual Investor Conferences (VIC), the leading proprietary investor conference series, in partnership with KCSA Strategic Communications has announced the agenda for the upcoming KCSA Psychedelics Virtual Investor Conference to be held on April 27-28, 2022. Individual investors, institutional investors, advisors, and analysts are invited to attend this two-day virtual event showcasing live company presentations and interactive discussions focused on psychedelic treatments for mental health disorders and can register via the following link: https://bit.ly/3vcX3BX. There is no cost to log-in, attend live presentations and schedule 1x1 meetings. "As we have seen over the past 18 months, drug development is hard. The good news is many of the companies presenting over the two-day event have shown tremendous clinical progress. I would encourage investors to take a traditional pharma or biotech view of this space and practice patience, do the proper diligence, and the rewards will be tremendous," said Lewis Goldberg, managing partner and founder of KCSA's Psychedelics Practice. "Drug development for mental health care takes time, focus, and is capital intensive. The potential returns remain as dramatic as ever, it's the investors who - to steal a line from Michael Pollan - need to change their minds." Providing a real-time investor engagement solution, VIC is specifically designed to offer companies more efficient investor access. Replicating the components of an on-site investor conference, VIC offers companies enhanced capabilities to connect with investors, schedule targeted one-on-one meetings and enhance their presentations with dynamic video content. The drill-ready Jackpot Lake property sits in Clark County, 35 kilometres (km) northeast of Las Vegas, and spans 140 claims for 2,800 acres. Usha said a 5 km by 2 km anomaly has already been successfully delineated within a closed basin that suggests the presence of a highly concentrated lithium brine. Notably, the geology is similar to Albemarle's Silver Peak Nevada lithium mine which has operated continuously since 1966, and Iconic Mineral's Bonnie Claire project, which recently released a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) that indicated a 40-year mine with an after-tax net present value (NPV) of $1.5 billion. Following a preliminary review completed by the TSX Venture Exchange of the option deal, Usha and Ares have agreed to reduce the maximum number of shares to be potentially issued for the second and third payments to 1.875 million from 3 million previously. The consideration for each payment remains the same at $225,000 in cash or shares.
