ARMM (OTCQB:ARMM) Inc has announced the appointment of Karla Rivera to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.
The company noted that Rivera is the CEO and co-founder of American Tactical Defense (ATD) and works for Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) Inc, the multinational technology conglomerate corporation. Her current role at Cisco involves the development of the vision, strategy, operations, and transformation of Cisco Systems $2 Billion software, product, and services revenue in its Americas Service Provider organization.

ARMM noted that Rivera is the chairwoman for Cisco’s largest Employee Resource Group, Americas Women of Cisco and is a thought leader and visionary in the technology industry for strategy and transformation and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, with a focus on building diverse high-performing teams. Ms. Rivera also serves as a board member on several non-profit boards and advocate’s for the underserved and underrepresented.
She holds a Bachelor's in Journalism/Public Relations & Marketing from Oklahoma State University, a Master’s Degree in Strategic Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership.

The company noted that its common shares began trading on the OTCQB under the symbol ARMM as of the opening of the market on April 4, 2022. It said the up-lsting complements the company’s previous receipt of DTC Eligibility.
