Supply@ME Capital PLC (LSE:SYME) said Susanne Chishti, an independent non-executive director resigned from the board to “explore new business opportunities.”
Her last day was 14 April 2022.
Chishti joined the company in March 2020 following its listing on the London Stock Exchange.
During her time at the financial tech firm that provides platforms to allow companies to trade stock, it bought TradeFlow Capital Management, and “diversified its business lines and geographic footprint.”
Supply@ME also launched its Global Inventory Monetisation Fund last August, which enables companies to improve their working capital cycle by monetising their inventory.
Chishti believed, following the company’s annual report launched in April that outlined the next phase of growth, it was the right time to step away and pursue other opportunities, according to a statement.
“Her contributions to Supply@ME have been invaluable and on behalf of the whole Board I would like to offer her our heartfelt thanks for all her hard work and wish her success in all her future endeavours,” said chief executive Alessandro Zamboni.
