Kainos sees FY profits and revenues in line with current consensus estimates

New and existing clients continue to prioritise digital solutions, according to the software company

Kainos (LSE:KNOS) said full-year revenue and adjusted profits are expected to be in line with current consensus forecasts as trading continued to be "very strong".

The IT group said new and existing clients continue to prioritise digital solutions.

And its digital services teams delivered major projects across public, commercial and healthcare sectors, with international engagements registering growth in Europe and Canada.

"Despite the increased global demand for digital talent, we continue to retain, and attract high quality people; we now have 2,692 colleagues based in over twenty countries (March 31, 2021: 2,024 people), an increase of 33% on the prior year," the company said in a statement.

"Looking ahead, our robust pipeline, strong balance sheet and significant contracted backlog underpin our confidence in our outlook. As a result, we believe that we are well-positioned for further growth and remain confident in our strategy."

With the acquisition of Cloudator, Une Consulting, Blackline Group, and Planalyse, its Workday Practice gained a more global presence.

The company's full year results will be announced on May 23, 2022.
