Franchise Brands PLC (AIM:FRAN) urged Filta Group Holdings PLC (AIM:FLTA) shareholders who have not yet accepted the company’s offer to do so as soon as possible.
The recommended all-share offer for the kitchen equipment cleaning and maintenance services provider went unconditional earlier this month and closes on 6 May.
That’s the date by which valid acceptance forms need to be received by Computershare, the share registrar company.
