enCore Energy Corp announced it is nearing completion of the refurbishment of its Rosita uranium processing plant. The refurbishment project of the in-situ recovery (ISR) plant is expected to be finalized in May 2022, according to enCore. In a statement, the Corpus Christi, Texas-based company said the plant modernization and refurbishment is “essential” to its goal of becoming the next producer of American uranium. The Rosita plant is designed to process uranium feed from multiple satellite operations, all located in the South Texas area. It is one of 11 licensed uranium processing plants in the United States, two of which are owned by enCore.
Irwin Naturals Inc announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire a chain of ketamine treatment clinics in Florida and Mexico. The deal with KHC Capital Group LLC, or Ketamine Health Centers, gives Irwin five ketamine treatment clinics in Florida and an additional partnership contract with two affiliate clinics in Mexico. In a statement, Los Angeles-based Irwin Naturals called the deal the next step in the execution of its ketamine clinic roll-up strategy, telling shareholders that the move is part of its plan to become the world’s largest chain of psychedelic mental health clinics.

Ultra Lithium Inc said it has completed the acquisition of the Forgan Lake property from International Lithium for a total cash payment of $150,000. Located in the Thunder Bay district of northern Ontario, Forgan Lake consists of nearly 256 hectares of land adjacent to Ultra Lithium’s Lucky Lake claims. Lithium mineralization at the property is comprised of six spodumene-bearing pegmatites, and three grab samples taken in 2019 showed values of 6.93% and 4.88% lithium oxide. Other historical samples have returned values averaging 2.57% lithium oxide over a width of 6.4 metres, and 4.23% lithium oxide over 7.46 metres.
NioCorp Developments Ltd said that the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (NDEE) has advised the company that extensions of the Elk Creek Project's construction air permit are no longer required because the company has met the regulatory definition of "construction, reconstruction, or modification of the source" since the permit was issued. The company said this development further de-risks the project from a regulatory perspective. "I want to thank the NDEE for their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the permitting process," Scott Honan, NioCorp's chief operating officer said in a statement. "We very much look forward to ramping up our construction activity at the site as soon as possible once we secure sufficient financing."

(Ray Perkes and Mary Scanlan), Reginald Lee Spencer, JDW Investments Pty. Ltd (John Watkins) and Charles Edward Watson. The principal assets of KNX are interests in the Cumberland, Compass Creek and Mt. Turner projects. Under the terms of the agreement, the company acquired KNX by issuing to the vendors 5 million shares and 5 million share purchase warrants in total. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share for a two-year period at an exercise price of 20 cents, subject to an acceleration right.

ESE Entertainment Inc has announced the closing of the second tranche of its private placement of convertible notes for gross proceeds of $679,000 through the issuance of 679 units at a price of $1,000 per unit. Between the first tranche and the second tranche, the company has issued a total of 1,605 units for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,605,000, which it intends to use to fund acquisitions, for business development and as general working capital, ESE said. Each unit is composed of $1,000 in principal amount of an unsecured convertible note and 313 common share purchase warrants of the company, which will mature 24 months from the date of issuance. Interest on each note is 10% per annum and will be paid quarterly from June 30, 2022. The entire principal amount of each note may be converted into common shares in the company at a price of $1.60 per common share at any time before the maturity date.
