Cloudbreak Discovery PLC (LSE:CDL) unveiled Paul Gurney as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Prior to joining the natural resource project generator, he spent over 15 years in capital markets, most recently as a managing director for the Bank of Montreal (CSE:BMO)’s (BMO) equity desk in London.
Gurney is experienced in researching companies, syndicating transactions, structuring deals and providing value-added advice to institutional and corporate clients across multiple sectors, Cloudbreak said.

He also has great knowledge of the gold, copper, cobalt, nickel, iron ore, lithium and other battery metals markets.
Before BMO, Gurney spent seven years as an IBM Common Stock salesperson.
