Numinus Wellness CEO Payton Nyquvest joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has made a major acquisition bringing leading mental health company Novamind into the fold. Nyquvest telling Proactive, this business will create a North American operation spanning 13 wellness clinics, four research sites and one bioanalytical laboratory. Combined 10 million dollar Canadians in annual pro-forma revenue based on the trailing four quarters. The combined groups will also help in the research area teaming Novamind's clinical research site management capabilities with Numinus Bioscience's bioanalytical laboratory expertise.
