The firm said that immediately after implementing the consolidation, the company will have 3.2 million shares issued and outstanding. No fractional shares will be issued because of the consolidation. Western Magnesium Corp told investors it has hired an accredited, independent valuation firm to provide an assessment of the company, its intellectual property (IP), systems, controls and market potential. Pathfinder Ventures (TSX-V:RV) Inc told investors it has closed the acquisition, first announced on December 14, 2021, of the 1.892-acre property adjacent to its existing Pathfinder Camp Resort location in Agassiz, British Columbia. The company noted that the Pathfinder Camp Resorts location in Agassiz is fully operational with 32 full hookup recreational vehicle (RV) sites and eight fully-furnished cabins. The property was acquired in 2020 and underwent major renovations and improvements before opening under the Pathfinder Camp Resorts brand in May 2021. Hawkmoon Resources Corp (CSE:HM, OTCQB:HWKRF) said it has received the drilling and trenching permits required to complete its summer work on its key Wilson Gold Project, 150 kilometres northeast of Val-d’Or in Quebec. Lucky Minerals (TSX-V:LKY, OTC:LKMNF) Inc. said it has received assay results for trench T-21 from its ongoing wor k at the Wayka epithermal gold discovery at its 100% owned Fortuna Property in southern Ecuador. The assay results showed 5.24 grams per ton (g/t) gold across 14 metres at Trench T-21, which is approximately 100 metres northwest of the combined trenches T-5 and T-6 where an average of 1.67 g/t gold was reported over 61 metres on November 9, 2021. The company said Trench T-21 is mineralized along east, north-east trending lenses hosted in silicified shists with fine-grained pyrite. Hydrothermal solutions appear to have penetrated preferentially along the rock foliation. It added that Trench T-20 was dug to intercept the continuity of a silicified lens outlined in T-6; a moderately silicified section was observed that measures 7 metres wide with 0.11 g/t gold.

i-80 Gold Corp said it had closed its gold prepay and silver purchase and sale portions of its financing package with Orion Mine Finance, leaving it with US$165 million in cash. "The closing of the final pieces of the financing package has strengthened our balance sheet and positioned the company to advance our comprehensive plan to create a Nevada focused gold mining company,” i-80’s CFO Ryan Snow said in a statement. Snow added that the firm’s balance sheet allows it to aggressively pursue its 2022 key goals and catalysts it disclosed in early January. The $135 million Orion package also provides for access to another $100 million via an accordion feature, which is subject to certain conditions being satisfied.
