Amur Minerals says Russian sanctions have had 'minimal impact' on operations

Amur said the flow of funds supporting its flagship Kun-Manie operation continue and it has sufficient cash reserves to cover budgeted costs through the first half

Amur Minerals Corp said international sanctions against Russia following the invasion of Ukraine have had a minimal impact on its operations.

The exploration and development company focused on Russia’s far east said the flow of funds supporting its flagship AO Kun-Manie operation continue.

And it ensured sufficient cash reserves to cover budgeted costs through the first half.

The only impact has been its legal consul representation in Moscow suspending operations within Russia.

As a result, Amur is reviewing its options for legal representation.

The group also confirmed no one individual or entity identified in any transactions, contracts, or operational undertakings are the subject of sanctions.

It is continuously reviewing the sanctions as they evolve, a statement said.
