Fabled Copper Corp revealed it had discovered what could be a possible Neil vein extension at its Muskwa copper project in British Columbia and said it had increased its footprint by a further 2,924.43 hectares (Ha) at the property.
The firm reported more results from last year's surface fieldwork at the asset, which comprises the Neil and Toro properties. The firm also holds rights to the Bronson property.
"A total of 19 specific areas were mapped and prospected during the 2021 field season and we started the New Year by reporting our findings on the Lady Luck occurrence in the south end of the Neil Property, followed by the Mac; the 8A, Harris, the 2a and 2b, the Creek, Keays south, Belcher Creek, the Magnum Mine UAV Done Mission, the Magnum, the Neil Area UAV Drone Mission ,the Neil vein / breccia and now the newly discovered EM-1 copper Occurrence," said Peter Hawley, CEO in a statement.
Targeting geophysical signatures on strike for the possible extension of the Neil vein / breccia using magnetics (mag) and electromagnetics (EM) plus high-level GIS data compilation led the team to examine one particular target late in the season, the company revealed.
Once the EM-1 target was identified, in September, the exploration team's two senior geologists flew to the area.

While prospecting downslope, from a location of 200 meters north of vein exposures, eight samples of mineralized quartz-carbonate float were collected at elevations of between 1,475 and 1,600 meters (m), which assayed from as low as 0.71% copper to a high of 10.55% copper.
Fabled said due to the positive results from the prospecting or ground truthing of the EM-1 geophysical anomaly and related copper veining found, the team will re-evaluate this area this summer via a potential UAV drone mission.
The company has increased its land holding by an additional 2,924.43 hectares due to positive findings as it processes data from 2021, it added.
Fabled Copper is a junior exploration company. Its current focus is to create value for stakeholders through the exploration and development of its existing copper properties located in northern British Columbia.
