Induction Healthcare directors buy almost 365,000 shares in total

The company announced yesterday that its NHS England contract renewals rate was significantly above management expectations

Induction Healthcare Group PLC (AIM:INHC), a digital health platform, said five of its directors acquired 364,589 shares in total.

Chief executive James Balmain bought 7,300 shares, chief financial officer Guy Mitchell acquired 9,200 shares and group executive director Hugo Stephenson bought 100,000 shares all at 54.0987 pence each.

Non-executive director Andy Williams acquired the largest chunk, 190,989 shares, taking his total stake in the company to 0.66%.

The company announced yesterday that its NHS England contract renewals rate was significantly above management expectations.
