Symphony Environmental's CEO explains the commercial significance of its recent approvals

Michael Laurier from Symphony Environmental tells Proactive that he believes several key deals are nearing fruition.

He explains that approval in the US and Canada for its D2P technology in bread packaging was one of the most significant developments recently.

That is a major breakthrough for commercial deals with very large market potential, he says.

Symphony has also partnered with chemical group Indorama in India, where a ban on non-biodegradable single-use plastics looks likely, while he has hopes for more regulatory approvals for its anti-microbial gloves range.
