Advanced Oncotherapy PLC (AIM:AVO) said it has raised a quick-fire £1.735mln via a direct subscription of shares.
The unnamed buyer will acquire stock in two tranches at 25p each, a 6.4% premium to Monday’s close. The shares come with a warrant attached.
Advanced Oncotherapy is building a next-generation proton beam therapy system, which is smaller and less expensive than the current technology.
Its first site will be on Harley Street, London’s medical district.
