Stephen Barter, chairman of Mailbox REIT, talks about its first year on the IPSX exchange and plans for developing the former Post Office site in Birmingham further.
The REIT became the first single property real estate investment trust to be listed on a recognised stock exchange when it joined IPSX in May last year.
Tenants now include the BBC and WPP while it also hosts one of the largest car parks in the city centre.
