Hardy tells Proactive that Cloudbreak was approached by a group for its views on project generation and, as a result, they formed a partnership that is going after a target in the Karoo Basin.
It’s essentially the same methodology it uses for identifying mining targets, he says, and, in Namibia, it is getting into an area that has gone largely under the radar.
That is just the kind of opportunity Cloudbreak likes, he says.
