Guardforce AI (NASDAQ:GFAI) Co., Limited Chairman Terence Yap tells Proactive it has formed a partnership with software provider Blue Pin to integrate the Hong Kong-based group's Guest Services Robot into the Guardforce's concierge robots for to sell within the hotel industry. Yap says the customizable digital solution allows hotels to improve guest engagement and daily operations. He adds this integration between Guardforce AI and BP will enable a series of self-services including online booking, check-in, and check-out.
