Critical Resources Ltd (ASX:CRR) has appointed Milan Bogunovic as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), commencing immediately.
The company noted Bogunovic is a Chartered Accountant who has held a senior position in audit and assurance for the past 10 years at HLB Mann Judd, an accounting and consulting services firm.
As a senior advisor to a number of major corporations in the exploration and mining industries, Bogunovic has considerable experience in providing expert audit advice to large entities.
Bogunovic has been assisting the company’s finance function on a casual basis for over six months.
"Milan has been a dependable member of our team on a casual basis for some time now and we couldn’t be happier with his progression into the role of CFO. We have been impressed with Milan’s can-do attitude during this important growth period for our company," said Critical Resources managing director Alex Biggs.
