Twenty Seven Co Ltd (ASX:TSC) has revealed that it has given notice of termination of the consultancy agreement under which the services of Simon Phillips are provided as CEO, with immediate effect.
The ASX-listed explorers' board, led by non-executive chairman Rohan Dalziell and non-executive directors Mark Burchnall and Tim Armstrong, will supervise the company’s operations while it searches for a suitable replacement.
In addition, Stephen Pearson continues to remain in the role of exploration manager and will continue to manage the company’s exploration programs going forward.
Encouragingly, the TSC's board is supported by a strong operational team and is confident this transition will cause minimal disruption to ongoing business.
