Gratomic Inc has kicked off its 1 million Namibian dollar (around C$86,000) improvement program at the J.S. Herero Primary School by handing over of 100 school uniforms, 300 gift bags and 300 lunch packs totaling Namibian dollars (NAD) $47,500 (C$4,000). As reported in February this year, the company chose the school as the beneficiary of its Corporate Social Responsibility Program in Namibia for 2022 and the start of the commitment saw a sponsored event attended by Gratomic senior staff, Armando Farhate, Karl Trudeau and Lynne Brand. The cash will go towards repairing, upgrading and renovating several key areas of the school, including constructing an additional kitchen, upgrading the roof, sewer system and restrooms. Gratomic will also provide a printer and stationary supplies required to improve the children's education and has now fulfilled its promise to supply new uniforms.

ThinkEquity thinks Harbor Custom Development Inc will continue to build on its 2021 successes in 2022. “Harbor remains focused on strengthening its current market position and has a strong foundation to accelerate growth and market reach during 2022 and beyond,” analysts said in a note.ThinkEquity came to that prediction after the real estate company, which is involved in all aspects of the land development cycle, revealed recently top-line revenue growth of over 43% year-over-year in its first full year as a public company. ThinkEquity has a ‘Buy’ rating on Harbor’s stock with an $8 price target. Shares recently traded at around $2.19 each on the Nasdaq.

Cypress Development Corp (TSX-V:CYP, OTCQB:CYDVF) announced that it has granted a total of 750,000 incentive stock options to an executive director and an officer of the company pursuant to the company's annual management compensation plan. The options vest over a three-year period and are exercisable at $1.84 per share, being the closing share price on the date of grant. The options are valid for a five-year period from the date of grant. The options have been granted under and are governed by the terms of the company's long-term incentive plan and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Todos Medical Ltd said its majority-owned subsidiary 3CL Pharma Ltd announced that its mechanism-based 3CL protease inhibitors Tollovir and Tollovid that target the active site of the 3CL protease -- showing robust inhibitory activity against the 3CL protease of the BA.1 and BA.2 strains of the Omicron SARS-CoV-2 variant of concern (VOC). Additionally, the company said Tollovir and Tollovid showed inhibitory activity against the original wild-type SARS-CoV-2 strain, as well as the Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Gamma VOCs. The results showed IC50 binding affinity of less than five for Tollovid and less than one for Tollovir for each of the different SARS-CoV-2 strains. The experiments were completed at Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Sigma Lithium Corporation said it ended its 2021 financial year with C$155.4 million in cash and cash equivalents, giving it enough liquidity to move its Grota do Cirilo project into production. The lithium company said it has fully financed the capital expenditures estimated for the construction of the Phase 1 plant and Phase 1 mine by completing two equity financings in 2021, which raised gross proceeds of C$178.7 million. Construction of the project remains on schedule and on budget, Sigma said, with Phase 1 plant commissioning expected to begin at the end of 2022.

Endexx Corporation has told investors that it is optimistic it can now successfully apply to up-list its stock to trade on the OTCQB, with a long-term initiative to become Nasdaq listed, based on its current financials and adherence to compliance in the hemp sector. In a special letter to shareholders following the release of its fiscal 2021 results, CEO Todd Davis said the company has seen recent changes within the investment banking community showing a strong interest in investments in companies like Endexx. Great Atlantic Resources Corp (TSX-V:GR) said it has begun a prospecting and rock geochemical sampling program at its multi-metallic Mascarene property in New Brunswick. The company said rock sampling is currently being conducted in the area of the Wheal Louisiana copper- nickel-cobalt occurrence, where previous sampling also confirmed gold mineralization. Great Atlantic noted that it conducted limited sampling during 2020, which confirmed copper and gold mineralization in rubble adjacent to an historic shaft and a near-by pit in this target area.

Looking Glass Labs Ltd (LGL) said chief creative officer Jason Nguyen and studio team members of its leading brand House of Kibaa (HoK) conducted an early-stage demonstration of the Project Origin metaverse (Alpha Demo) for conference attendees of Miami NFT Week from April 1-3, 2022. Through the use of a virtual reality headset at HoK’s booth, attendees were able to experience the Alpha Demo, which took the form of a digital tour of art galleries featuring selections from Nguyen’s personal NFT collection, said the Vancouver-based digital platform specialising in the design, development and sale of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Forward Water Technologies (TSX-V:FWTC) Inc has announced a strategic partnership for the North American market with water technology company Aquaporin. Under the agreement, Forward Water will sell Aquaporin's unique biomimetic forward osmosis membranes for applications associated with lithium mining and extraction and water management within the oil and gas industry. "We are proud to partner with Aquaporin, the leader in biomimetic water filtration technology,” said Forward Water president and CEO Howie Honeyman in a statement. “Forward Water has had a long and positive experience using Aquaporin's forward osmosis modules and is now pleased to aid in the distribution of these high-performance products across North America."

HempFusion (TSX:CBD.U, OTCQX:CBDHF) Wellness Inc has reported a strong rise in fourth-quarter and full-year 2021 revenue and said cost-saving initiatives will continue to reduce its operating expenses. The company said 4Q net revenue increased by 66% to $3.7 million from the same quarter a year earlier. Gross profit was $1.6 million, or 43% of net revenue, unchanged from the prior quarter. Cost-saving initiatives announced during the quarter helped reduce operating expenses by over $1.1 million, HempFusion (TSX:CBD.U, OTCQX:CBDHF) said, adding that the quarter included only a partial impact from recent cost savings initiatives. It now expects its ongoing efficiency efforts will drive at least a $6 million reduction in operating expenses in 2022 versus prior expectations of $4 million.

AEX Gold Inc (AIM:AEXG, TSX-V:AEX) has announced the results of its 2021 exploration drilling programme at Nalunaq in Greenland. AEX holds an unrivalled land package of gold and strategic mineral assets covering an area of 4,090 square kilometres in Southern Greenland, and the Nalunaq project itself is a past-producing underground mine. The 2021 drill program comprised 51 drillholes, primarily targeting the newly defined Valley Block, as predicted by AEX's dolerite dyke structural model.

XPhyto Therapeutics Corp has updated on the progress of its Rotigotine transdermal (TDS) patch product candidate, which is a non-ergoline dopamine agonist approved to treat Parkinson's disease (PD) and restless legs syndrome (RLS) in Europe and the US, and which is heading towards a final pivotal study in the fourth quarter this year. The patch is based on the technology of the group's German subsidiary Vektor Pharma. Its active pharmaceutical ingredient is not well absorbed when swallowed so has been formulated as a once-daily patch to increase bioavailability and provide a steady supply of the drug over 24 hours. In May last year, bioscience firm XPhyto announced the successful completion of a two-week European-based human bioavailability study for the product. "Based on the results of this study, the company is advancing the product toward a final pivotal study in Q4 2022 and pending positive results of that study, to an application for regulatory approval," XPhyto told investors in a statement.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc has provided an update on exploration activity at its Graal nickel-copper-cobalt discovery in the Lac St-Jean region of Quebec. The update includes the most recent assays results from drill hole NRC-22-24 which intersected 13.1 meters (m) of combined massive sulphides within a 30m zone of disseminated and massive sulphides in a new area located 5 kilometer (km) from the previously reported discovery of massive sulphides. "The results coming in from the labs for the drill program at Graal continue to be exciting for our geological team,” said Matt Halliday, president, chief operating officer, and vice president of exploration, in a statement. In other company news, Canada Silver Cobalt announced that Robert Suttie has been appointed as its chief financial officer. He started on April 1, 2022, replacing Ryan Webster. The company noted that Suttie currently works with Marrelli Support Services as its president, possessing more than 20 years of experience, 10 of which were in public accounting prior to his tenure with the Marrelli organization.

Starton Therapeutics Inc has reported that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared an investigational new drug (IND) application for candidate STAR-OLZ for treating chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV), setting the ball rolling for a clinical development program to begin later this year. TROPIC-I will be a Phase 2 dose-optimization study in highly emetogenic chemotherapy (HEC) comparing STAR-OLZ with or without STAR-OLZ for CINV in around 120 cancer patients receiving HEC. The study is expected to enroll at over 20 clinical sites in the US. CINV is among the most debilitating side-effects of cancer treatment, and currently in the USA, three or four-drug regimens are recommended to prevent CINV for the million patients receiving HEC each year but 60% to 70% still struggle with nausea, noted Starton.

Kenorland Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:KLD) announced that drilling has begun at the Chicobi project in Quebec's Abitibi greenstone belt, which is held under an earn-in agreement with option to joint venture with Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Limited. The company said the maiden diamond drill program will consist of about 2,000 meters over four holes, testing a coherent gold and multi-element till anomaly (Target B) of approximately 1.5 kilometres (km) by 3 km in extent. “Target B is a completely greenfields target generated from multiple campaigns of systematic geochemical sampling beneath extensive glacial cover in the central Abitibi,” Kenorland Minerals CEO Zach Flood said in a statement.

ESE Entertainment Inc said it has started a new business division focused on expanding its existing business products and services to internet gambling (iGaming) companies. Canada has been expanding legal single-sports betting and online gambling in the province of Ontario. Single-sports betting has been legal in Canada since 2021 but limited to the provincially run PROLINE+. The company noted that it is anticipated that Ontario this month will launch a new market in iGaming. With the introduction of legalization, several iGaming operators have been approved to go live in Ontario, removing key grey areas in the market. "The announcement that Canada will launch a new iGaming market in Ontario is groundbreaking. This opens an opportunity that cannot be ignored,” said Konrad Wasiela, CEO at ESE, who will also lead the new iGaming division, in a statement.

Under the transaction, Globex received 350,000 Troilus shares and retains a 2% gross metal royalty of which 1% may be purchased for $1 million. The new discovery is located 400 metres (m) from the main Testard surface showing, also on Globex's royalty cells. "The results from our first test drilling program at Testard are very exciting,” Troilus president and CEO Justin Reid said in a statement.

Wishpond Technologies Ltd has announced the acquisition of Viral Loops Limited, a London, England-based referral marketing software platform that helps companies acquire new customers and increase sales through the power of word-of-mouth and referral marketing. The company said Viral Loops has strong sales growth from more than 700 customers, is EBITDA positive and is expected to be immediately accretive to Wishpond. “We are very pleased to announce our first acquisition of 2022 and the fifth acquisition since Wishpond went public in December 2020,” Wishpond CEO Ali Tajskandar said in a statement.

Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV, OTCQX:EDVMF) has told investors it will soon launch the construction of its Sabodala-Massawa expansion project in Senegal, supported by a recently completed definitive feasibility study (DFS). The West African gold producer said the DFS recommends the expansion of the Sabodala-Massawa complex by supplementing the current 4.2 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) carbon-in-leach (CIL) plant with a 1.2 Mtpa BIOX plant to process the high-grade refractory ores from the Massawa Central Zone and Massawa North Zone deposits, with first gold production expected in early 2024. "We are extremely pleased with both the current performance of Sabodala-Massawa and the definitive feasibility study results announced today, as they demonstrate the asset's potential to be a top tier mine capable of producing in excess of 400,000 ounces per year at an industry-leading AISC (all-in sustaining cost),” Endeavour president and CEO Sebastien de Montessus said in a statement.

SoLVBL Solutions Inc announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a Notice of Allowance for its patent application. The company application is entitled 'Method and System for Digital Payment Instrument Deployment of Authentication Seal'. The Notice of Allowance means that the USPTO would issue the patent after certain formal steps have been completed, the company said. "This is a very important next step in the development of SoLVBL's technology offering,” said SoLVBL CEO Kaiser Akbar in a statement. "It is something we have been working very hard on for quite some time, and it is a great milestone for the company."

Murchison Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:MUR, OTCQB:MURMF, TSX-V:MUR.V) said that modeling of the Barre de Fer zone on its Haut-Plateau de la Manicouagan (HPM) project in Quebec shows good potential for expansion of the high-grade nickel-copper-cobalt areas. Based on the results from recompilation and modeling of previous drill holes, Murchison said that it is moving forward with its plan to expand and delineate the zone during a summer drill program. Based on the modelling, the Barre de Fer (BDF) zone outcrops on surface, has a strike length of 315 metres (m), and is composed of multiple stacked lenses over a maximum 150m wide zone, and individual lenses have a maximum thickness of 28m, according to the company.

MedX Health Corp said it has signed a commercial distribution agreement with Vitamed Biomedical s.r.l. to launch its teledermatology screening platform in Italy following the conclusion of a successful pilot project. In conjunction with signing the agreement, Vitamed has committed to an initial 60-unit order for 2022 comprising an immediate order of 40 units, with an option for 20 more units to be confirmed by September 2022. "I am excited that MedX has established a clear pilot-to-contract methodology that allows both parties to fully assess market demand and economics before committing to a long-term contract,” said MedX president and CEO Naman Demaghlatrous in a statement. “We continue to execute on our strategy to identify strategic partnerships in the region that will allow us to grow our business and save lives simultaneously."

Vicinity Motor Corp said it has signed a distribution agreement with Central States Bus Sales Inc, one of the largest school and commercial bus dealers in the US, to offer the company's full product portfolio, including an initial commitment for 18 demo and stock buses. Headquartered in Fenton, Missouri, Vicinity noted that Central States has been a regional leader in bus sales and service since 1975, supplying thousands of school and commercial buses annually to customers throughout the region and providing a host of transportation solutions. As one of the largest bus dealers in the country, Central States offers full-service facilities in Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky and Arkansas. Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) announced that its Rio Cravo Este-2 well in Colombia has spudded. In a wide-ranging update on the firm’s activities, CEO Marshall Abbott told shareholders that the news came at an “exciting time” for Arrow. "We are delighted to have spud the second well at Rio Cravo Este, RCE-2, on the Tapir Block,” Abbott said. Arrow told investors that the well is targeting a large, three-way fault-bounded structure with multiple high-quality reservoir objectives. The well is expected to be drilled to a total, true vertical depth of 8,146 feet. Once drilling and testing of the RCE-2 well are completed, the rig will move to the location of Arrow’s next well, the RCS-1 well (formerly the RCE-3 well), which is expected to spud in early May, according to the CEO.

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) said it has expanded its sales commitments for a portion of its specialty carbon stoker products for the second quarter of 2022 by approximately 15,000 tons at a record average price realization in the mid-$200 per ton. The resource company explained that specialty stoker is a specific-sized carbon product that is processed to a very low ash content for a variety of commercial uses. Its specialty carbon stoker, given its specific properties, is expected to meet the demand of the global silicon, ferrosilicon and micro-silica marketplace for various industrial and technological applications. It noted that this specialized stoker product can be produced from either its Perry County Resources or McCoy Elkhorn operations in eastern Kentucky due to the quality of carbon produced and the capabilities of their processing facilities.

Champion Gaming (TSX-V:WAGR) Group Inc said it has entered into a partnership with Sports Info Solutions Inc (SIS), a leading sports data and analytics provider, to launch co-branded content and insights. In return, SIS will provide its data across Champion's portfolio of sports analytics properties, said the sports content, data and analytics company. O3 Mining Inc (TSX-V:OIII, OTCQX:OIIIF) said it has published its 2021 environmental, social and governance (ESG) report, which showed the Quebec-focused gold mine developer had planted 8,953 trees in the past year. The company also completed its first greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory and said 2,542 hours of employee training were completed for environment, exploration and geology, health and safety, governance/management and human resources. "O3 Mining has continued to integrate sustainable development practices as a fundamental part of our business strategy which has led to the achievement of some outstanding milestones," said Jose Vizquerra, the CEO of O3 Mining, in a statement.

Magna Mining Inc (TSX-V:NICU) has announced the appointment of Jonathan Goodman to its board as a non-executive director. Goodman is currently the president and CEO of Dundee Corporation and is also the president and CEO of Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners, a mining-focused merchant bank. Dundee currently holds a 19.2% investment interest in Magna as of October 26, 2021. Goodman previously served as CEO of Dundee Precious Metals from 1995 to 2013, as executive chairman from April 2013 to September 2017, at which time he was appointed chairman. He has over 30 years of experience in the resource and investment industry, working as a geologist, senior analyst, portfolio manager and as CEO of a producing mining company. ESE Entertainment Inc said it has entered into an agreement with Hyperdrive Marketing dated April 1, 2022, for the provision of various digital media and corporate communications services. The initial term of the agreement is for six months and may be renewed for an additional six-month term.
