Transport lanes between Russia and Ukraine are shut with ports such as Odessa blocked, he says, but volumes are still there and containers have switched into Constanta in Romania, with Xpediator's staff there now handling the traffic.
There are also significant opportunities for growth in the UK, he adds, through acquisition and by generally improving the underlying performance of the business.
