Great Boulder Resources Ltd (ASX:GBR) has enhanced the corporate and financial skillset of its board through the appointment of Karen O’Neill as a non-executive director.
The highly experienced governance and finance professional has extensive operational and executive experience in the resources sector.
Her commercial acumen and regulatory experience skills will complement the current board and strengthen the management team as the company advances its flagship Side Well Gold Project.
Adding strength and diversity

Resources experience
O’Neill has more than 30 years of experience focused on resources, investment banking and corporate finance.
She has executive experience in the Australian resources sector including her most recent roles as managing director of Kingsrose Mining Ltd (ASX:KRM) and CEO of Koonenberry Gold Ltd.
