Todos Medical Ltd said 2021 was a "strong year" for the company, which saw it increase revenue by 136% to $12.28 million, compared to $5.21 million in 2020. Posting results for the full year and fourth quarter, ended December 31, 2021, the biotech noted that in the first nine months of 2021, revenue from Covid Testing and Tollovid increased by 492% to $7.7 million compared to $1.3 million in 2020. Revenue in the final three months of the year was $4.46 million, compared to $3.99 million in 2020.

Power REIT (NYSE-A:PW) Inc said it is adding to its real estate portfolio with another 1.1 million square foot greenhouse facility in Nebraska. The real estate company acquired the cultivation facility and associated housing property in the town of O’Neill for US$9.35 million. In addition to that acquisition, Power REIT inked a long-term, triple-net lease with Millennium Produce of Nebraska LLC that sees Power REIT fund capital improvements to upgrade the tomato-ready cultivation facility for a capital commitment of $534,000. "This is a very exciting transaction for Power REIT - it is our largest greenhouse facility acquired to-date and our first focused on the cultivation of food crops,” CEO Lesser said.

Pharmadrug Inc (CSE:PHRX, OTCQB:LMLLF) has provided an update on multiple activities currently underway which support its 'pipeline-in-a-pill' approach in the development of PD-001 - its patented, orally bioavailable version of cepharanthine for the treatment of cancer and infectious disease. The company said that following the submission of its Type B pre-IND (investigational new drug application) meeting request and briefing package to the Food and Drug Administration, it received a written response regarding its clinical development plan for PD-001 as a potential oral antiviral pill for COVID-19 and variants of concern. PharmaDrug said it believes the feedback provides a path to agreements on IND-enabling studies, the design of a Phase 1/2 clinical study, and the overall clinical development plan to move PD-001 forward as an oral treatment for COVID-19.

Belmont Resources Inc (TSX-V:BEA) has announced results from the latest batch of assays at the Belmont-Marquee Resources Lone Star joint venture (JV) in Washington State, which included the longest intercept of copper mineralization to date of 149.4 metres (m) of 0.8% copper equivalent from 12.8m depth. The company said recent results show that the copper mineralization extends well beyond the extents of historical drill holes. “It’s great to see the drilling further unlock our knowledge of the Lone Star deposit and extend the envelope of mineralization well beyond the previously defined limits,” Belmont Resources CEO George Sookochoff said in a statement.

The Good Shroom (TSX-V:MUSH) Co Inc has reported a strong rise in second-quarter 2022 revenue after entering new markets. The Montreal-based company recorded $363,229 in sales revenue for the three months to January 31, 2022, eight-and-a-half times higher than the preceding quarter. The majority of this was derived from the launch of Nordique Royale's Afghan Gold hashish in Quebec and the rest from its functional mushroom beverages, it said. Nordique Royale and Velada, which launched in 3Q in both Quebec and Ontario, operate through licensed subsidiary Teonan Biomedical Inc. "We are pleased with the results of this quarter where we launched a new cannabis brand which continues to grow,” CEO Eric Ronsse said in a statement. “We've analysed the sales data of our top-performing products, identified key product attributes and have applied them to a variety of new hash-based products which will be submitted for approval in Quebec and Ontario.”

Kenorland Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:KLD) has announced results from the 2021 maiden diamond drill program at its Healy project in Alaska's prolific Goodpaster mining district and held under a joint venture with Newmont Corporation. Wide-spaced drilling was designed to test three target areas (Bronk, Thor, and Spike) defined by extensive gold-in-soil geochemical anomalies. Assays from all 14 holes completed during the program, which included 5,247 meters (m) of drilling. "The maiden diamond drill program confirmed the presence of a large-scale gold system at Healy evidenced by broad mineralisation encountered throughout the wide-spaced drilling across multiple target areas,” said Kenorland CEO Zach Flood in a statement.

Endexx Corporation has announced a 360% quarter-over-quarter improvement in its fourth-quarter 2021 revenue, as the company said it is establishing an upward trend that’s accelerating into fiscal 2022. Endexx noted that it saw a 43% decline in its fiscal 2021 revenue, which it attributed to “multiple challenges” associated with the coronavirus pandemic and a slowdown in the retail markets during the first three quarters of its fiscal 2021. “Endexx’s team collaborated and made challenging decisions in 2021 that kept the engine running and started the successful execution of its business plan in Q4, which is accelerating into Fiscal 2022,” Endexx Corporation CEO Todd Davis said in a statement.

Power REIT (NYSE-A:PW) Inc has reported its financial and operating results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2021, showing a jump in revenue for both periods. For the year ended December 31, 2021, Power REIT (NYSE-A:PW) saw its revenue vault 98% to $ 8,457,914 from $4,272,709 in 2020, with net income attributable to common shareholders rising to $4,491,656 from $1,891,644, and basic net income per common share increasing to S1.41 from $0.99. For the three months ended December 31, 2021, the company reported revenue of $1,785,809, up 28% from $1,394,613 at the same stage a year earlier, with net income attributable to common shareholders at $670,730 versus $863,970 in 2020, and basic net income per common share of $0.21 versus $0.42. In a statement, David Lesser, Power REIT (NYSE-A:PW)'s chief executive officer commented: "We are pleased with our external growth activity last year. We invested approximately $48 million in 9 greenhouse properties primarily from the funds generated through our non-dilutive rights offering completed in February of 2021. These acquisitions are consistent with our business strategy that we commenced in 2019, positioning ourselves as an emerging technology company that focuses on real estate for greenhouse plant cultivation."

Vuzix Corporation (NASDAQ:VUZI) said it has signed a distribution agreement with Robotiques Cyborg, a France-based multi-national distributor of high-technology solutions, and has received and shipped against an initial $300,000 order from them for Vuzix smart glasses. "We are thrilled to be partnering with Robotiques Cyborg, who can not only provide us with new and diverse distribution opportunities, but also integrate our smart glasses into the installation and servicing process for various robotic solutions," said Paul Travers, president and CEO of Vuzix in a statement. "We look forward to supporting their efforts to help their customers gain competitive advantages within their respective industry verticals." To date, Vuzix noted, Robotiques Cyborg has partnered with companies focused on robotics and cybersecurity. Robotic products include commercial service robots, customizable service robots and smart robotic hands. Cybersecurity solutions involve the protection, authentication, and enhancement of customer brands, services and revenue. Industry verticals served include construction, shopping malls, hospitals, restaurants, hotels and arcades.

Logiq Inc saw its revenue grow during the fourth quarter of 2021 as it shifted its focus to higher quality, more profitable revenue streams. During 4Q, Logiq’s revenue more than doubled to $13.1 million versus $6.6 million in the comparable year-ago quarter. AppLogiq, its mCommerce platform-as-a-service, contributed $6.2 million or 47.3% of fourth-quarter consolidated revenue quarter, an increase of 193.7% from $2.1 million in the year-ago quarter driven by the shift to targeting higher-margin end-customers compared with low-margin, high-volume, white-label resellers.

American Battery Technology Company (OTCQB:ABML) (ABTC) has said it accepts the Biden administration’s call to increase domestic production of critical minerals and metals needed for advanced technologies like electric vehicles to reduce America’s reliance on foreign suppliers. US President Joe Biden on Thursday invoked the Defense Production Act to give the government more ways to provide support for the mining, processing, and recycling of critical materials -- such as lithium, nickel, cobalt, graphite, and manganese that are used to make large-capacity batteries for EVs and clean-energy storage systems. "ABTC is uniquely positioned to support this Presidential initiative to accelerate the ramp-up of domestic environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing and refining capacity of battery metals," said ABTC CEO Ryan Melsert in a statement.

Star Royalties Ltd (TSX-V:STRR) has announced a non-brokered private placement of 15,384,620 common shares of its subsidiary, Green Star Royalties Ltd (TSX-V:STRR) at a price of C$1.00 per Green Star share of which Agnico Eagle Mines Limited has agreed to purchase 14,134,620 shares for an aggregate purchase price of C$14.13 million. Agnico Eagle is a senior Canadian gold mining company, producing precious metals from operations in Canada, Australia, Finland and Mexico. Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) Inc has announced the extension of its remote patient monitoring and virtual care contract with a large Canadian Provincial Health Authority until September 30, 2023. This new agreement extends Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF)'s original contract from May 2021, the company said. Under the terms of the contract and extension with the province, Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) receives an upfront payment for each Connected Health Kit delivered to a patient, and then charges a monthly connectivity, software and service fee for each active patient account.

Recruiter.com Group Inc has reported a 265% increase in fourth-quarter 2021 revenue, wrapping up a strong year for the company due to increasing demand for its on-demand recruiting solutions. Revenue for the three months to December 31, 2021, rose to $8.4 million compared to $2.3 million in the 4Q 2020, resulting in full-year revenue of $22.2 million, a 160% year-over-year increase. "2021 was an exciting and transformative year for Recruiter.com, which included our initial Nasdaq listing, ten-fold growth in our on-demand recruiting solution through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions, and the introduction of our software subscriptions,” CEO Evan Sohn said in a statement.

Minto Metals Corp (TSX-V:MNTO) has said it is pleased with the 'turnaround' seen at its Yukon copper mine as it posted results for the fourth quarter and full-year to end-December 2021, adding that it expects more progress in 2022. In the final three months of 2021, the company said there was a 58.6% increase in feed to the mill compared to the year-earlier quarter, leading to sales of copper increasing by 109% to 8.4 million pounds compared to Q4, 2020, while revenue grew 160.8% to C$47.3 million. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) came in at C$13.1 million, a C$20.4 million increase from the loss of C$7.3 million in the final three months of 2020. For 2021 as a whole, Minto Metals said revenue grew by 72.3% to C$138.3 million on copper sales, which rose 43.8% to 25.6 million pounds, while operating cash flow in the 12 months increased 72.2% to C$12.2 million a $5.1 million increase from C$7.1 million over 2020.

Logiq Inc said it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of the Battle Bridge Labs companies, including Section 2383 LLC, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based digital brand marketing agency, on schedule, as previously announced on February 17, 2022. PyroGenesis Canada Inc has reported record fourth-quarter and full-year 2021 revenue, supported by strong organic growth and the recent acquisition of Pyro Green-Gas. The company said revenue totaled $7.2 million for the three months to December 31, 2021, resulting in full-year revenue of $31.1 million, a 75% increase from 2020’s $17.8 million. Pyro Green-Gas, formerly known as AirScience Technologies, contributed revenues of $6.8 million. Commenting on the revenue performance, CEO and chair P. Peter Pascali said: “This is representative of our successful advancement and delivery of the backlog of signed contracts, and the benefit of the biogas upgrading projects from Pyro Green-Gas. The board and I see the record success of 2021 as both a validation of 2020s breakout results and a new, stronger platform from which years of continued high growth will stem."

Emmaus Life Sciences Inc (OTCQX:EMMA) CEO Yutaka Niihara said the company has made substantial progress in expanding access to Endari for sickle cell disease patients over 2021.Recently, the Torrance, California-based firm presented data from a post-hoc analysis of the Phase 3 clinical study of Endari, the company's prescription L-glutamine oral powder, in patients with sickle cell disease, that confirmed Endari meaningfully reduces both pain crises and hospitalizations. During the year to the end of December 31, 2021, the biopharmaceutical company also said it generated $20.6 million in revenue compared to $23.2 million in 2020.

Trees Corporation (NEO:TREE.AQN) has reported a strong rise in fiscal 2021 revenue as it opened more stores and quadrupled sales of cannabis. The company reported cannabis sales of $4.3 million for the year to December 31, 2021, a 305% increase over the prior year, resulting in total revenues of $4.6 million, a year-over-year increase of 285%. Gross profit jumped 223% to $1.6 million. “Our performance in 2021 is a testament to the strength of the entire Trees team to grow our consumer base and build value for shareholders,” the company's CEO Michael Klein said in a statement. “In the year ahead, we will continue with our strategy to scale our in-store retail operations and digital platforms, uniquely engaging with the 360-cannabis consumer."

Biocept Inc (NASDAQ:BIOC) has reported unaudited net revenue of $61.2 million for the financial year ending December 31, 2021. The company also said that it had cash and cash equivalents of about $28 million as of December 31, 2021 as it develops and commercializes molecular diagnostic assays that provide physicians with clinically actionable information for treating and monitoring patients diagnosed with a variety of cancers. Samuel Riccitelli, Biocept's interim president and CEO, said 2021 revenue reached a record high -- up 123% year-over-year driven primarily by RT-PCR COVID-19 testing.

Predictive Oncology Inc has reported its financial results for 2021, a year which saw the company strengthen its balance sheet, acquire zPREDICTA Inc, and expand its sales and business development. The Minneapolis, Minnesota-based company, which is focused on applying AI to develop personalized cancer therapies, showed earlier this year via its proof-of-concept campaign that its Patient-centric Discovery by Active Learning (PeDal) platform could make high-confidence predictions of drug responses on ovarian tumor samples. "M&A activity in 2021 was highlighted by the acquisition of zPREDICTA Inc, whose established business model and integration of organ-specific cellular and extracellular elements into 3D culture models for in-vitro cancer drug testing is believed to be accretive on a short as well as long-term basis, and immediately made it a reportable business segment for Predictive," said CEO and chaiman J. Melville Engle in a statement.

Steppe Gold Ltd, the Mongolia-focused gold miner, told investors that it sold 12,899 ounces of the yellow metal and 28,622 ounces of silver in 2021, while revenue came in at around US$24 million (M). Operating income from mine operations, before depreciation and depletion for the year to December 31, 2021, was US$12.4M, while the group adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization was US$4.9M.

HealthLynked (OTCQB:HLYK) Corp has announced a strong rise in full-year 2021 revenue, supported by growth at its ACO and Management Service Organizations (MSO) divisions. The company reported revenue of $9.2 million for the year to December 31, 2021, up 50% from the prior year. ACO/MSO revenue jumped 125% to $2.7 million while revenue from Health Services grew 22% to $5.8 million. "HealthLynked (OTCQB:HLYK) finished 2021 with a record 50% revenue growth, capping off another milestone year for the company,” chairman and CEO Dr Michael Dent said in a statement.

Mydecine Innovations Group Inc (OTC:MYCOF, NEO:MYCO) said it ended 2021 with C$1.5 million in cash and described the just-ended financial year as one in which it made significant strides toward creating and commercializing new treatments for mental health and addiction disorders. The Denver-based firm reported a net loss of $28.9 million or $0.12 per share for the year to December 31, 2021 versus a loss of $26.9 million or $0.24 per share in the prior year. "We have been working hard to reduce our expenses and increase our efficiencies to continue progressing our clinical trials and expand our IP portfolio," CEO Josh Bartach said in a statement.

Whitehorse Gold Corp has reported assay results of the remaining 30 drill holes from the 2021 drill program at its wholly-owned Skukum gold project in Canada’s Yukon Territory. The company noted that the 30 drill holes were infill and step-out drill holes from the Skukum Creek, Mt Skukum and Goddell deposits, which have further confirmed and expanded gold-silver mineralization on the project. With all drill results now received, it said it is evaluating its exploration plans for the 2022 program.

AIM ImmunoTech Inc (NYSE:AIM) said it has a “strong” balance sheet that will fund operations and clinical development programs through 2023. Reporting its financial results for 2021, the Florida-based company said it ended the year with cash and cash equivalents of $48.3 million as it advances its flagship drug candidate Ampligen (rintatolimod) to treat cancers, viral diseases and disorders of the immune system. AIM CEO Thomas Equels called 2021 “an important, foundational year” for the company. “Our oncology pipeline continued to develop and generate important data across our clinical programs. This progress has substantially and positively impacted our growing body of data - data which continues to be consistent with key findings across multiple indications,” he said in the statement.

Milestone Scientific Inc (NYSE:MLSS) has announced that its fiscal 2021 revenue climbed by 90% year over year to $10.3 million, boosted by a $4.7 million increase in its dental revenue due to the re-opening of dental offices throughout the country and the rest of the world, including China. The company said the results have surpassed its previous revenue guidance and have exceeded pre-pandemic levels. “We are encouraged by the growing interest in our dental instrument, and expect our momentum to continue in 2022,” Milestone Scientific CEO Arjan Haverhals said in a statement.

American Manganese Inc has said it is well placed to respond to US President Joe Biden’s decision to invoke the Defense Production Act (DPA) of 1950 to accelerate the development of essential battery materials, including manganese. "President Biden's official DPA statement recognizes recycling as an essential means of meeting rising demand," Larry Reaugh, the company's CEO said in a statement. "American Manganese, with its RecycLiCo process, is well-positioned to deliver sustainable, high-purity supply of four of the five materials the US Government is now prioritizing as essential to its national defense." The company noted that the presidential action carries the force of US federal law, opening up funding authorities ranging from federal loans and loan guarantees to grants financing production facilities, material purchases, and futures contracts.

Mednow Inc (TSX-V:MNOW, OTCQB:MDNWF) has announced the completion of its all-cash acquisition of Mednow Pharmacy Inc (Mednow East) for C$65,578 as well as the conversion of approximately C$1,374,422 in debt the latter owes to Mednow into a non-interest bearing, on-demand convertible promissory note. The acquisition will allow the healthcare technology company to provide free same-day pharmaceutical delivery services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas, and free next-day delivery in the rest of Ontario. "We are continuing to execute our plan for a national presence across Canada and we are thrilled to be consolidating Mednow East under our platform,” said Karim Nassar CEO of Mednow, in a statement.

CareRx Corporation (TSX:CRRX) said it has appointed Maria Perrella, an accomplished business leader with more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and business strategy, as an independent member of the company's board of directors. "We are pleased to welcome Maria Perrella as a new independent director," Kevin Dalton, the chairman of CareRx said in a statement. "Ms Perrella has a proven track record of business leadership and success at high growth publicly traded companies. Her depth and breadth of experience make her a valuable addition to the CareRx Board and we look forward to her contribution." Most recently, Perrella was chief financial officer at MDA Ltd. Vicinity Motor Corp said it has appointed global automotive engineering executive, Dennis Gore, as its vice president of Engineering. "Dennis's broad automotive experience with both startup and established automotive manufacturers, as well as his expertise in electric vehicles, will be an invaluable addition to Vicinity's engineering team," William Trainer, founder and CEO of Vicinity Motor in a statement. "His ability to establish and grow strong engineering teams capable of delivering complex vehicle programs on time, on cost, and on quality will be essential to the production and assembly team - which he will support on-site at our new US Assembly Facility in Washington state.” The company noted that Gore brings over 35 years of experience leading the successful development of both traditional and electric vehicles. Plurilock Security Inc has announced that Garr Stephenson Jr. will be joining the company as its chief revenue officer (CRO). The company noted that Stephenson has 20 years of senior leadership experience directing multiple profit and loss divisions within technology companies that supply products and services to US government organizations, said the cybersecurity solutions provider for workforces. Prior to his role with Plurilock, Stephenson served as the executive vice president and general manager for Intelligence & Mobility Services at UltiSat Inc and was in various management roles with Tachyon Networks and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

Royal Fox Gold (TSX-V:FOXG) Inc said it has closed a previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000.04 which saw the company's management and directors subscribe for the entire financing themselves, underscoring a very impressive level of commitment to the company. The company said the placement comprised the issuance of 8,333,334 common shares in the capital of the company issued on a flow-through basis (FT share) at a price of $0.06 each. The FT shares will qualify as “flow-through shares” within the meaning of subsection 66(15) of the Income Tax Act (Canada). In a statement, Simon Marcotte, Royal Fox Gold (TSX-V:FOXG) president and chief executive officer commented: “This small flow-through financing will allow Royal Fox to complete the current 15,000-metre exploration program while preserving the company’s hard dollars.
