Conduit Holdings Limited executive chairman Neil Eckert and chief executive Trevor Carvey sat down with Proactive London to look back on the company's first year of trading.
The pair highlighted the importance of a diversified portfolio to withstand shocks to the industry and not fall foul of skewing specialism to one territory.
It came straight to the market with an IPO, closing in November 2020, and is aiming for mid-teen returns on equity in the next 5-7 years.
