Mako Gold's Peter Ledwidge tells Proactive the company is drilling furiously at the Gogbala prospect in the Ivory Coast ahead of its upcoming maiden resource. Two rigs are working now with a third to come on shortly, he said, adding that the company has been delighted with the results seen so far. Ledwidge says: “We’ve seen nice grades and nice widths,” and as it is extensional drilling “it just adds ounces to the upcoming resource”.
