RC365 Holding PLC chief executive Chi Kit Law told Proactive the fintech company chose to go public in London last week to bring Asia’s advanced payment technology to Europe and the US to make life easier for customers in those countries.
He also added that half of the £2mln raised will be used for licensing applications in the UK, Europe and other targeted countries where it is eyeing expansion.
