Chief executive and founder Alasdair Haynes told Proactive he was extremely happy with its "strong set of annual results," which saw revenues rise 42% to £16.2mln and pre-tax profit surge by over five times to £3.2mln.
Aside from financials, he points to increased membership numbers in its top-priced subscription tiers but a decline in market share, which is due to higher volatility but he insists the company will reverse this trend by the end of 2022.
Haynes, who believes everyone is very cautious of the future given the ongoing macroeconomic and geopolitical conditions, added he was "really pleased with the progress" and is optimistic about future trading and its upcoming dual listing on its own exchange.
