Torq Resources (TSX-V:TORQ) Executive Chair Shawn Wallace and Chief Geologist Michael Henrichsen joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has increased and completed its non-brokered private placement of 5.28 million.
Wallace telling Proactive more about the financing and the strong demand the company was seeing. Henrichsen added that the company will now use the proceeds to fund exploration at the Company’s portfolio of projects in Chile including Santa Cecilia, Margarita, and Andrea.
