RetinalGeniX Technologies Inc Chairman, President, and CEO Dr. Jerry Katzman joined Proactive to discuss progress on the medical technology group's two products, the RetinalCam patient-to-doctor Home Monitoring System, and The RetinalGeniX Imaging System.
Dr. Katzman says The RetinalCam will allow patients to send images and video to their doctor from their home. The RetinalGeniX Imaging System aims to be a portable system that will allow high-resolution retinal screening without eye dilation. Dr. Katzman says he believes the prototype version of the monitoring device is expected to launch in April or May 2022, while the imaging system is expected to launch in the next 9 months.
