Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC (AIM:NFC) told investors it has promoted chief operating officer Jonathan Peachey to the board and apppointed Dianna Jones as a non-executive director.
The tech and data-driven communications consultancy said the addition of Jones, who will join the board with effect from 6 April, reflect its growth in recent years and add a greater breadth of experience, particularly in the US market.
With a focus on providing senior counsel on legal compliance and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, Jones has nearly twenty years of legal experience and is a director in legal compliance at Uber and is global co-chair of Black at Uber Employee Resource Group. She previously served as regional compliance counsel at John Wood Group.
Peachey, meanwhile, has served as Next Fifteen’s group COO since June 2019, having previously served in senior strategy and delivery roles at a range of businesses including the BBC and as COO of Engine Group.
On behalf of the board, chair Penny Ladkin-Brand, said: “Dianna and Jonathan are excellent additions to the Board and bring with them a wide range of experience from the technology, consultancy and transformation fields which will prove immensely valuable as Next 15 continues to utilise technology and data to drive growth. Dianna will add critical knowledge and understanding of the US, which continues to be a key market for us. I’m confident that these appointments will support management’s ambitious growth plans for Next 15”.
