Xpediator PLC (AIM:XPD) announced that non-executive chairman Mark Whiteling and deputy chairman and founder Stephen Blyth both have resigned from the board.
Both resigned with immediate effect, with the company noting that major shareholder Cogels Investments has the right to appoint a nominated non-executive director to the board and will do so, subject to the satisfactory completion of requisite due diligence checks.

The freight management services provider said non-executive director Rob Riddleston will assume the position of interim independent non-executive chairman and that the board will continue to have two independent non-executive directors, including Riddleston.
Further announcements are planned on new board appointments, succession planning generally and progress in appointing a permanent chief executive and permanent chairman, it added.
In November, Wim Pauwels was appointed interim CEO after Rob Rees stepped down, with the company noting that the logistics sector is "transitioning rapidly to adapt to the post pandemic market [...] generating new opportunities for Xpediator and we now need to focus on developing an organic growth strategy for the Group to complement our existing strategy of growth through acquisition".
On the latest changes, Pauwels said: "The board would like to thank Mark for his contribution during these recent months and wish him well in his future endeavours. Similarly, the board wish to recognise the achievements of Stephen in building Xpediator into the business it is today. Finally, the board appreciates Rob accepting the appointment of interim chairman, and I look forward to working with Rob and the board."
