Alpha FMC Global CEO Euan Fraser and Lionpoint co-founder Jonathan Balkin joined Proactive to discuss UK-based Alpha's acquisition of the Alternative Investment industry-focused boutique consultancy group, which was completed in May 2021.
Fraser says the acquisition has allowed the group to grow its footprint in North America, and is 'delivering on all key financial KPIs.'
