Mobilum Technologies Inc. (CSE:MBLM) has announced the appointment of Wallace Mathai-Davis to the company’s board of directors.
Mobilum Technologies said Mathai-Davis has over 35 years of experience as a senior executive in international asset management and merchant banking, having been responsible for significant investment business and substantial investments in Latin America, Asia, Eastern Europe and the European Union, in addition to North America.
The company noted that Mathai-Davis has been involved in a number of successful financial technology (fintech) initiatives, delivering financial services through the use of advanced technologies.

He was also the co-founder and chairman of Quantalytics AI Labs, which was recently acquired by Forbes.
