MBH Corporation said its four UK construction companies aided its robust growth in 2021.
The investment holding company said Du Boulay, Guildprime, Gaysha, and GS Contracts contributed to a combined revenue increase of 60% compared with 2020.
The four companies, which completed several projects last year, employ 107 staff and MBH insisted it intends to expand over the coming year as they continue to embark on projects across commercial and residential markets.
"Our UK-based construction services companies are of great importance to our total revenue, so it is very encouraging to see them doing so well after an especially tough 2020,” Callum Laing, chief executive, said.
It also announced it launched an awards initiative to showcase exceptional environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) efforts by small to medium-sized Singaporean businesses.
