Mountain Boy Minerals forms technical advisory board to unlock potential at its British Columbia projects

The company said the team of experts will be chaired by Dorian L "Dusty" Nicol and include Dr Bruce Gemmell and John Ryan

Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:MTB, OTCQB:MBYMF) announced that it has established a technical advisory board, which the company says brings together several leading geological experts who are already familiar with Mountain Boy’s six projects in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle region.

The company said the team of experts will be chaired by Dorian L "Dusty" Nicol and include Dr Bruce Gemmell and John Ryan, and will also extend Mountain Boy’s collaboration with the Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU) at the University of British Columbia.

“Their ongoing involvement attests to the merits of Mountain Boy's projects, which are in one of the most highly prospective mineral regions in the world,” Mountain Boy Minerals CEO Lawrence Roulston said in a statement.

“Results of previous work support the potential for discoveries in line with the established deposits in this renowned region. Tapping into the combined knowledge of these experts will help advance Mountain Boy's projects toward discovery,” he added.

Mountain Boy noted that the advisory board will complement its inhouse geological team in the analysis of existing information and together they will help guide the next stages of exploration.

The company added that its strategy involves applying leading edge geoscience to cost-effectively advance the projects toward discovery.

As well, Mountain Boy reported that work is continuing on its Telegraph project, with further results to be announced in the coming weeks.

The company also said it has granted stock options to directors, employees, advisors and consultants for a total of 1,230,000 shares, at an exercise price of $0.17, for a term of five years.

Mountain Boy Minerals has six active projects spanning 604 square kilometres (60,398 hectares) in the prolific Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia.
