Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ:CODX) Inc saw a healthy jump in year-over-year revenue driven by global sales of its Logix Smart COVID-19 tests, according to its latest financial results. The molecular diagnostics company clocked up $97.9 million in full-year 2021 revenue, an increase of $23.3 million over 2020 levels, and adjusted EBITDA of $52.1 million compared to $45.3 million in 2020. Operating income also improved to $46.1 million due to record revenue and gross profit for the year, the Salt Lake City-based company said. Other highlights from the 2021 balance sheet include gross profit of $86.3 million, representing 88.2% of consolidated revenue, and a strengthened cash balance of $88.6 million compared to $43 million in the same year-ago period.

Nevada Silver Corporation (TSX-V:NSC) has provided an update on the Emily manganese project, which is held by its indirectly owned US subsidiary, North Star Manganese Inc (NSM). The Toronto-based resource company said it has been and continues to be focused on its Corcoran silver-gold project in Nevada. In December last year, the firm revealed that it was evaluating its options for financing and commercializing the Emily manganese project, including initiating a spinout of NSM, or exploring a joint venture based on tax and securities law advice. The review is ongoing, but the company said it will conduct an offering of NSM securities on a private placement basis to fund NSM for any value realization transaction. The funds will also be used for interim exploration financing and general working capital, said the company.

GlobalBlock Digital Asset Trading Ltd (TSX-V:BLOK, OTC:BLVDF) has provided an update on the pending application by the company's wholly-owned UK subsidiary, GlobalBlock Limited, for registration as a crypto asset business with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom. Over the past few weeks, the company said, it has had regular correspondence with the FCA regarding its application and has decided that a withdrawal from the FCA process is in the best interests of its clients and shareholders, with a view to reapplying at some point in the future. A 60-day extension for GlobalBlock UK under the temporary registration regime has been agreed with the FCA to ensure the company has a smooth transition to becoming a European-based Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). GlobalBlock, therefore, also announced that, in conjunction with the above decision and fitting with its plans to expand the customer base beyond the UK, it has incorporated GlobalBlock Europe UAB in the European Union jurisdiction of Lithuania.

BlueRush Inc has reported what it called a 'strong' second quarter with increased revenue and profitability, adding that the company continues to lay the foundation for future growth in its fiscal first half to end-January. The video platform for financial services firm said that its services revenue had increased by 61% in both the three and six-months to January 31 this year to $649,247 and $1,220,603, respectively, while services gross profit came in at $403,920 in the second quarter, up 198% on the year earlier quarter. The year-to-date total revenue increased by 36% to $2,342,565 in Q2, 2022, compared to $1,727,786 in Q2, 2021.

Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) Inc announced that it and its partner Maxwell Telecare have signed two additional new contracts with US-based primary care practices in Illinois. The company said under its Patient First program, the clinics will deploy Connected Health to control exacerbations, improve quality of life, avoid hospital admissions and emergency room (ER) visits.

Vuzix Corporation (NASDAQ:VUZI), a leading supplier of smart glasses and augmented reality (AR) technology and products, has announced a new partnership with Icona Srl. Icona Srl is a provider of innovative software platforms including Acty, its remote video assistance software. Acty allows users to see through the eyes of technicians in the field. Vuzix said Acty's use cases span machinery, manufacturing, and field service and specific customer verticals include material working (metal, glass, wood, plastic, etc.), laser cutting, packaging, food and beverage (packaging, processing, bottling, filling, etc.), various appliances and equipment, and energy (renewables, installation, etc.

Harbor Custom Development Inc has revealed top-line revenue growth of over 43% year-over-year in its first full year as a public company. The real estate company, which is involved in all aspects of the land development cycle, said it had generated net sales of $72.4 million in the year to end December 31, 2021, compared to $50.4 million in 2020. Harbor attributed the growth to increases in sales of entitled land of $20.6 million, sales of developed lots of $14.3 million, and fee build of $6.8 million, primarily offset by a decrease in home sales of $19.6 million.

Klondike Gold Corp has posted results from its Phase 4 diamond drilling last year at the Klondike District project in Yukon, which included hitting 1,464 grams per ton (g/t) silver over 3.52 meters (m) from a depth of 77.25m in one hole. This phase of drilling tested over a lateral 4 kilometres (km) and targeted graphitic thrust faults along Eldorado Creek, with 13 holes, for 886m, completed in October last year. Peter Tallman, Klondike Gold's CEO described the hole, which showed the 1,464 g/t silver intersection as "exciting". "To the best of our knowledge, this is the first like it in the Klondike District and is associated with the major Eldorado Creek thrust fault adjacent to the Gay Gulch gold showing. We look forward to follow-up drill testing in this area of Eldorado Creek in 2022," he told investors in a statement.

Predictive Oncology Inc said it has achieved “a key milestone” towards monetizing its unique approach to leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) in oncology drug discovery. Earlier this year, Predictive Oncology’s Discovery 21 proof-of-concept campaign demonstrated its Patient-centric Discovery by Active Learning (PeDal) platform’s ability to make high-confidence predictions of drug responses on ovarian tumor samples. The Minneapolis, Minnesota-based company, which is focused on applying AI to develop personalized cancer therapies, said the results from Discovery 21 are now validated and PeDAL has “accurately and reproducibly” predicted drug response results.

Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:MTB, OTCQB:MBYMF) said it has established a technical advisory board, which the company says brings together several leading geological experts who are already familiar with Mountain Boy’s six projects in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle region. The company said the team of experts will be chaired by Dorian L "Dusty" Nicol and include Dr Bruce Gemmell and John Ryan, and will also extend Mountain Boy’s collaboration with the Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU) at the University of British Columbia. “Their ongoing involvement attests to the merits of Mountain Boy's projects, which are in one of the most highly prospective mineral regions in the world,” Mountain Boy Minerals CEO Lawrence Roulston said in a statement.

Cardiol Therapeutics (TSX:CRDL, NASDAQ:CRDL) Inc CEO David Elsley has told investors that the clinical-stage life sciences company is “well-positioned” to pursue the development of new treatment options for patients living with heart disease. In a look back at its 2021 year, Elsley said the firm accomplished “several important goals” related to the development of its pharmaceutically produced cannabidiol formulations for use as an anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory therapy in cardiovascular disease. Belmont Resources Inc (TSX-V:BEA) and its joint venture (JV) partner Marquee Resources have announced the hiring of contractor Drill NV Exploration Drilling to diamond drill the planned 3,000 metre drill campaign at the Kibby Basin lithium project in Nevada. Belmont said the 2022 Kibby drill program will test the highly-conductive geophysical anomaly and potential lithium enriched aquifer. “We are exceptionally pleased to acquire the services of Drill Nevada, a well-experienced drilling company which has the expertise to successfully push the drill down to the 800-1,000 meter depths where geophysics indicates a very strong conductive anomaly which has the signature for a potential lithium enriched aquifer,” Belmont Resources CEO George Sookochoff said in a statement.

Psyched Wellness (CSE:PSYC, OTCQB:PSYCF) Ltd. has announced preliminary data from the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), from studies on the neuroprotective properties of AME-1, the company’s proprietary extract from the Amanita Muscaria mushroom. The results of the study identify an undesirable aspect of paclitaxel's impact on breast cancer. "Building off of a previously developed chemokine modulatory regimen combining interferon-alpha with TLR3 agonist Ampligen, Roswell Park set out to further evaluate paclitaxel's impact on chemokine production. Based on the results, we believe that the combination chemokine modulatory regimen including Ampligen has the potential to mitigate undesirable aspects of taxane chemotherapy. Zacks Small Cap Research has issued a report on NexTech AR Solutions Inc a day or so after the metaverse company, which develops and operates augmented reality platforms, reported record revenue for 2021. Zacks' analysts noted that 2022 is expected to be a transition year for NexTech AR. After taking advantage the market for virtual events in 2021, the company is transitioning to be a 3D model factory with a unique recurring revenue model, they said. The analysts added: "We expect sales to transition to being a supplier of 3D models and eCommerce is finally embracing them after years of ignoring 3D. In 2022 NexTech will integrate with more platforms and make access to its products easier with a single interface."

Electra Battery Materials has shared its new corporate video profiling its flagship Iron Creek Cobalt-Copper project in the US. The project is located in the Idaho Cobalt Belt and is one of the few primary cobalt deposits in the world. It has an NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate, outlining an Indicated Resource of 2.2 million tonnes at 0.32% cobalt equivalent (0.26% cobalt and 0.61% copper) for 12.3 million pounds of contained cobalt. There is potential to extend mineralization in all directions with ongoing drilling, according to the company. Paltalk (NASDAQ:PALT) Inc said its revenue in the financial year ended December 31, 2021, rose to $13.3 million, a 3% increase from $12.8 million in the previous year, driven by increases in subscription and advertising revenue. The company’s financial results showed that subscription revenue increased by 3% to $12.4 million, while advertising revenue jumped 39% to $0.5 million. Income from operations for the year decreased to $0.5 million from $1.2 million in 2020 which then included a non-cash impairment loss on digital tokens of approximately $0.8 million. Net income for the year ended remained relatively unchanged at $1.3 million compared to the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA for 2021 slipped to $1.3 million from $2.0 million. “Our quarterly results remain positive and consistent due to our recurring subscription revenue, which makes up the majority of our revenue and has historically provided excellent predictability and visibility for our business,” Jason Katz, chairman and CEO of Paltalk (NASDAQ:PALT) said in a statement.

TraceSafe Inc has announced the launch of Thermosense, its first product in the sustainability vertical that can help reduce waste and cut costs in the supply chain of temperature-sensitive goods. Tocvan Ventures Corp has updated on Phase III of the drilling at its Pilar gold-silver project and revealed it is planning the next step at its multi-million ounce potential El Picacho asset - also in Mexico. The company is currently awaiting lab assays after 1,500 meters (m) of Phase III drilling has been completed at Pilar in nine holes across the Main Zone and 4-T Trend. "As we prepare to receive the drill results from the start of Phase III drilling, we look forward to the next stage of planning and drilling at Pilar," Brodie Sutherland, CEO of Tocvan said in a statement. "Results have taken longer to process due to the changing COVID-19 environment, but we are thankful to see that (it is) improving in Mexico and thank our shareholders for their patience."

South Star Battery Metals Corp, the project developer, is poised to strike an offtake deal with Graphex Group Ltd for up to 50,000 tonnes of natural flake graphite concentrate over five years from its Santa Cruz project in Brazil and the Ceylon asset in Alabama, USA. The concentrate would be used in the uncoated and coated spherical graphite (SPG) markets used in lithium-ion batteries (LiB) where Graphex is a global leader and has been producing batteries for electric vehicles (EVs) and more in Jixi, China since 2008 and transacting commercially since 2013. In a letter of intent (LOI) inked on March 22 this year, both parties agreed to negotiate a binding offtake agreement within 60 days of signing.

PlantX Life Inc said it has entered into a strategic partnership with BESTIES Vegan Paradise, a grocery store for independent, vegan businesses to contribute to expanding the vegan community in an equitable way. C3 Metals Inc (TSX-V:CCCM, OTC:CARCF) said it is getting set to drill some promising copper-gold targets in Jamaica. The Toronto-based mineral company said it has secured a drill and is transporting it to the Bellas Gate property, where it holds 100% interest in three licenses covering an underexplored porphyry/epithermal area of the Caribbean country. C3 is planning a 5,000-metre core drilling program, initially targeting a porphyry cluster at Bellas Gate.

Irwin Naturals Inc has announced its planned suite of clinic services for its chain of psychedelic mental health clinic - Irwin Naturals Emergence. Mydecine Innovations Group Inc (OTC:MYCOF, NEO:MYCO) said it has received conditional approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for its multi-site Phase 2b smoking cessation trial, pending US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval of its Investigational New Drug (IND) application. The Denver-based biotech company previously announced that it held a positive meeting with the FDA on February 28, 2022, to review its IND application to administer MYCO-001, in combination with therapy, to humans as part of smoking cessation treatment. The company plans to submit the IND application in the second quarter of 2022 and is hopeful it will go into effect 30 days after submission.

Ximen Mining Corp (TSX-V:XIM, OTCQB:XXMMF) has announced that it is planning to start drilling at its Bud-Elk property in British Columbia’s Greenwood Mining Camp in April 2022. The company said the 2022 exploration program of trenching and drilling is designed to test targets for disseminated gold-copper mineralization. Ximen noted that drilling is expected to start after the annual survey of species and ecosystems at risk is completed next month. It added that the current permits allow for a total of 40 holes, or up to about 10,000 metres of drilling this year.

Royal Wins Corporation (CSE:SKLL, OTCQB:RYWCF) announced that game development for Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and blockchain segments has been added as one of the main diversification and growth strategies for 2022. Golden Arrow Resources Corp (TSX-V:GRG, OTCQB:GARWF) said it has initiated its first diamond drilling program at the Libanesa silver-gold project in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. The Vancouver-based company struck an option to acquire a 75% interest in Libanesa in the fourth quarter of 2021. Golden Arrow’s program will now drill up to 2,000 meters (m) in holes ranging from 75 to 250m in depth, testing the Cerro Redondo, Lagunita and Lagunita West prospects. Drills have kicked off work at the site and the initial program should take six weeks to complete, said the company.

Plurilock Security Inc has said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aurora Systems Consulting Inc has received a US$266,000 purchase order from a California-based entertainment company. The entertainment company has a global subscription platform, motion picture production and television studio operations. According to a 2020 Hiscox report, technology, media, and telecoms were some of the most heavily targeted industries for cyberattacks, with 44% of organizations having at least one security incident or breach. Aurora has a long-term business relationship with the customer, providing cyber security-related solutions for over 10 years. Under the terms of the purchase order, Aurora will provide the California company with hardware and maintenance support services.

Bloom Health Partners Inc (CSE:BLMH, OTCQB:BLMHF) has announced the appointment of Rosemary Elliston as its chief operations officer (COO). Vicinity Motor Corp said it has entered into definitive agreements with new and existing institutional and accredited investors for the purchase and sale of 4,444,445 common shares and warrants to purchase up to 4,444,445 common shares at a combined purchase price of US$2.70 per unit in a registered direct offering for gross proceeds of approximately US$12 million, before deducting placement agent fees and expenses. The warrants will be exercisable 6 months from the closing of the offering at an exercise price of US$3.36 per common share and will expire three years from the initial exercise date. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about March 28, 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Vicinity Motor said it intends to use the proceeds for completion of the Ferndale, Washington manufacturing facility. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as sole placement agent for the offering.

VanadiumCorp Resource Inc (TSX-V:VRB) has said it plans to arrange a debenture financing to raise up to a maximum of $2 million and also said its board has approved a consolidation of the company's issued share capital. Under the terms of the financing, the debentures will mature two years from the date of closing and will bear interest at 10% per annum and will be repayable by the company on the maturity date. The company said the proceeds of the financing will be used to fund the first stage of new metallurgical testing and production methods for vanadium electrolyte and for general working capital.
