Red Rock Resources to delay interim results by one month

It plans to release its results for the six months to end-December 2021 in the second half of April

Red Rock Resources PLC (AIM:RRR) said it will delay its interim results by one month as it awaits drilling data from a number of targets.

Red Rock now plans to release its results for the six months to end-December 2021 in the second half of April.

Last month, the AIM-traded company said it was expecting drilling results from six targets in three countries over the coming weeks.

Drilling results from Congo and Kenya have been announced, although the company is still waiting for results from Australia, the Ivory Coast and Zimbabwe.

"We still have the gold drilling results from our diamond drilling programme in Victoria, Australia, to look forward to, and we also await the full results from a gold sampling programme across our Ivory Coast licenses, as well as results from lithium and tantalum sampling in Zimbabwe," said chairman Andrew Bell.

“The company has reviewed its financial position and expects to have sufficient working capital available to it for the foreseeable future," Bell concluded.

Red Rock also reported that the pursuit of its legal rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo is progressing, with judgments rendered in its favour.
