For the year ended December 31, 2021, the Austin, Texas-based technology company revealed that its Multiscreen-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform subscriptions and services contributed $5.3 million to the revenue pie, while computer hardware revenue expanded to $3.1 million. The firm’s non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization for the quarter amounted to a loss of $11.7 million. “We are pleased with the way we closed the year and are even more excited about the opportunities for growth in 2022 and beyond,” Phunware CFO Matt Aune said in a statement.

ACME Lithium Inc said it has acquired, by staking, 340 placer mining claims that will be known as the WS Project, which encompasses about 6727 acres in southeast Oregon near the Nevada border. The company said the WS Project claims are situated regionally in a "nested" cluster of calderas northwest of Lithium Americas' Thacker Pass lithium project in Nevada and near the Oregon JRL project owned by ASX-listed Jindalee Resources. ACME noted that two springs on private land just off the WS Project claim block, sampled in the late 1970s by the United States Geological Survey (USGS), returned geochemically anomalous lithium values.
Fabled Copper Corp has reported high-grade copper results from surface fieldwork on its Muskwa copper project in British Columbia. The exploration company said it assayed up to 27.2% copper on a sample of highly mineralized rubble south of the main haulage adit. Another 2.30 metre (m) section containing 2m of vein and 0.30m of footwall sediments averaged 6.43% copper, while the 2m section of vein alone – without the low-grade footwall sediments – contained a copper average of 7.38%, the company said. The Muskwa project is comprised of the Neil and Toro properties in the northern part of the province.
Global Energy Metals Corp (TSX-V:GEMC) said it has increased its land position by 328 acres (133 hectares), or nearly 25% to 1,708 acres (691 hectares) through low-cost, organic claim staking at its Monument Peak copper-silver-gold project in Lemhi County, Idaho, US. The Vancouver-based company said the new claims are near its existing claims at the exploration-stage, high-grade, copper-silver-gold project. The Monument Peak project now consists of 84 claims covering approximately 1,708 acres. The expanded land position incorporates prospective copper-gold-silver targets identified during the 2021 field program, added the company. Meanwhile, having completed a geological field work program at Monument Peak, Global Energy Metals said it has now started the preparation for a Monument Peak NI 43-101 technical report. One World Lithium Inc said has signed a new license agreement with the US Department of Energy’s National Energy Laboratory to research and commercially evaluate the DOE's lithium-related patents. The agreement covers the Selective Lithium Recovery as Lithium Carbonate from Natural Brine and any patents stemming from them, according to Vancouver-based OWL. During the initial one-year option period, OWL may enter negotiations for an exclusive license within the agreed field of use, which are naturally occurring brines with the exception of sea water and geothermal brines.

Year-to-date for 2022, the company has delivered a total of 32 SOLO EVs to reservation and fleet holders as of February 28, 2022. For the 12 months to December 31, 2021, Golden Minerals saw revenue come in at US$25.6 million boosted by the sale of precious metals from Rodeo, up from US$5.6 million in 2020 when revenue was only attributable from the lease of the company' oxide plant to Hecla Mining. The company's net operating margin - namely revenue minus the cost of metals sold - for the year was US$12.3 million versus US$3.6 million in 2020, while its net loss was US$2.1 million, down from a loss of US$9.1 million in 2020.

Talon Metals Corp has revealed new assay results from drilling outside the main resource area at its flagship Tamarack nickel project, showing several high-grade nickel-copper intercepts. Drilling outside the pool of massive sulphides within the CGO West area intersected thick, high-grade nickel-copper mineralization, which Talon said indicated that the high-grade mineralization expands to the east, while additional holes drilled suggested that mineralization expands to the north as well. Notable intercepts included 15.09 meters grading 4.88% nickel and 1.68% copper and 13.19 meters grading 5.41% nickel and 2.29% copper.

Blue Sky Uranium Corp said it has completed its drill program at the Ivana deposit at its Amarillo Grande uranium-vanadium project in Argentina in a bid to boost the resource, with 3,255 meters (m) in 350 holes sunk.
