MTI Wireless Edge Ltd said it disposed of its Russian operations for a "de minimus amount" after the country’s invasion of Ukraine.
The communication and radio frequency solutions technology group does not expect the sale to significantly impact profit or loss for the company.
The purchaser is the general manager of the Russian operations, it said.
