XLMedia PLC (AIM:XLM, OTC:XLMDF), the website management, content creation and SEO optimisation specialist, said Caroline Ackroyd has now joined the company as chief financial officer.
Ackroyd’s appointment was announced on 2 November 2021. She will join the board of directors with effect from today.
Rowan Ellis, who was appointed interim chief financial officer, will assist in an orderly transfer and will revert to his role as a financial consultant to XLMedia.
