Wellbeing Digital Sciences (NEO:MEDI.AQN, OTCQB:KONEF) Inc has announced second-quarter 2022 revenue of C$1,660,158, as the firm said it has transitioned from an investment issuer to a single-purpose company focused on consolidating medical clinics and becoming a North American leader in mental health treatments.
Wellbeing Digital noted it is building the critical infrastructure needed to provide breakthrough and life-changing mental wellness treatments, having acquired 15 ketamine-enhanced treatment clinics across North America with letters of intent signed for an additional clinic.
“The second quarter of fiscal 2022 marked our first financial period as Wellbeing Digital, which began an exciting new chapter for the company,” Wellbeing Digital interim CEO Adam Deffett said in a statement.

“During the period, KGK Science and IRP Health contributed appropriately and Wellbeing’s prospects for growth are encouraging,” Deffett added.
The company said it will be utilizing first-of-its-kind wearable technologies to track key vitals before, during, and after psychedelic-assisted therapies.
It added that its technology aims to empower patients by measuring physical signals and responses in their wellness journey and providing clinicians with objective data to improve outcomes.
Wellbeing Digital had total assets of C$18,295,698 for the period ending January 31, 2022.
The company also recorded a net loss for the quarter of C$6,503,311, which it attributed primarily to share-based payments ($4,029,765), professional fees ($645,473) and marketing expenses ($549,010).
