Incannex Healthcare Ltd (ASX:IHL, NASDAQ:IXHL)'s chief scientific officer Mark Bleackley speaks with Proactive soon after completing preliminary data analysis from its Phase 2 proof-of-concept clinical trial investigating novel cannabinoid combination drug candidate IHL-42X for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. The clinical trial assessed the efficacy of three doses of IHL-42X – compared to a placebo – in reducing the apnoea hypopnoea index (AHI). The AHI is the main diagnostic and monitoring criteria for OSA in patients who suffer from the disease.
