Crossword Cybersecurity PLC (AIM:CCS)'s Jake Holloway, Chief Product Officer, joins Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam to talk about acquiring Threat Status Ltd, the provider of a platform for businesses to monitor leaked data, for a total consideration of £1.53mln.
The plan is to incorporate their products - Trillion and Arc into Crossword's product suite to support their aim of having five products in the market by the end of 2022 and adding over 20 new recurring revenue clients.
The move represents their third acquisition in less than a year, adding to their portfolio of subscription-based, enterprise-class products and services.
