Pan African Resources PLC (AIM:PAF, OTCQX:PAFRY, JSE:PAN, OTCQX:PAFRF) has secured five prospecting concessions in north-eastern Sudan.
These cover an area of almost 1,100 square kilometres located approximately 70 kilometres northwest of Port Sudan, the company said in a statement.
Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) announced its initial gas production results from the Stanley-4 well in East Texas, which it has a 36.5% working interest in.
Oil exploration, development and production company had an initial gross flow rate of approximately 275,000 cubic feet per day (mcfpd), which is about 53 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd).

Analysing data from Traumakine’s phase III INTEREST trial in 2018, Faron said its research showed patients carrying a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in the interferon-alpha/beta receptor (IFNAR2) had a significantly better mortality rate in patients also given steroids.

Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) said the interpretation of Phase II 2D seismic data at Rukwa in Tanzania had identified multiple areas of interest at both the Lake Bed and Karoo Group levels.
The area surveyed was not previously covered by historic 2D seismic, so any newly identified closures would be in addition to the company's current resource base and prospect portfolio, said the company statement.
