Ceres Power Holdings PLC (AIM:CWR, OTC:CPWHF) has appointed Trine Borum Bojsen as its latest independent non-executive director, effective March 15.
She brings over 25 years of experience in the renewable energy space, the company noted, with her most recent post as chief operating officer of Copenhagen Offshore Partners and prior to that senior management roles at Ørsted.
"We are delighted to welcome Trine to the board,” said chairman Warren Finegold.
“Her technical and management skills in delivering complex global projects are highly complementary to our existing team and we welcome her strategic thinking and fresh perspective as we expand the horizon for Ceres over the coming months and years."
