AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF, ETR:QC8) said it is leasing its first power system for deployment on a UK construction site under a deal with civil engineer Keltbray.
A zero-emission hybrid fuel cell generator will be used to showcase how the construction industry can decarbonise sites today, investors were told.

“We are most pleased to be supporting Keltbray, its clients and the sector's transition towards a more sustainable future.”
The deployment, expected to be somewhere in London, will be towards the end of the second quarter.
The two companies have “outlined a roadmap” for further system deployments later in the year.
AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF, ETR:QC8) is commercialising scalable alkaline fuel cell systems to provide clean electricity for on- and off-grid applications.
The technology, pioneered over the past 12 years in the UK, is now deployable in electric vehicle chargers, off-grid decentralised power systems and data centre applications.
