Los Andes Copper Ltd (TSX-V:LA) said it has elected to issue 3,275 common company shares, at a deemed price of C$14.73 per share, to Queen's Road Capital as payment for C$48,241 in interest owing on the US$5 million 8% convertible debenture issued to Queen's Road Capital on June 2, 2021. Under the terms of the trust indenture, interest on the convertible debenture is payable quarterly, 5% in cash and 3% in shares, at the greater of: the 20-day volume weighted average price before the interest payment date; or the discounted market price.
Beyond Medical Technologies Inc has told investors that it is eyeing “several opportunities” as it rethinks the work being done by its medical face mask manufacturing subsidiary Micron Technologies Inc. Since August 2020, Micron Technologies has been operating at its facility in Delta, British Columbia, where it manufactures medical-grade face masks under its Medical Device Establishment license issued by Health Canada. Micron is also registered with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In a corporate update, Vancouver-based Beyond Medical said it is reviewing Micron’s medical face mask business as many jurisdictions have recently lifted mask mandates, and demand for face masks is “rapidly declining.”
East Side Games Group (TSX:EAGR, OTCQB:EAGRF) Inc has reported record revenue for both the fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2021. For the fourth quarter of 2021, the company posted revenue of $28.6 million, a 49% increase from Q4 2020 revenue of $19.2 million, while 2021 annual revenue was $93.2 million, an increase of 37% on 2020 revenue of $68.1 million. Gold Resource Corporation (NYSE-A:GORO, ETR:GIH), the Mexico-focused producer, said it ended 2021 with a strong cash balance of $33.7 million after having produced and sold 22,644 gold ounces, 1,066,581 silver ounces, 1,420 copper tonnes, 5,999 lead tonnes and 13,553 zinc tonnes during the year. For the year ended December 31, 2021, the Denver-based gold and silver producer, with its operations focused on the Don David Gold Mine in Oaxaca, Mexico, reported revenue of $125.2 million. Net income was $8 million, with a mine gross profit of $36.7 million from operations. The company noted that it successfully implemented profit-sharing with its employees. Meanwhile, $3.4 million was reportedly distributed in shareholder dividends during the year, totaling over $119 million in dividend payouts since 2010.
Harvest One Cannabis Inc said its DreamWater and LivRelief subsidiaries have signed a sales and distribution agreement with Nigeria-based distributor Pharmtick to expand their international distribution networks. Under the agreement, Pharmtick will sell and distribute DreamWater and LivRelief products throughout Africa for a term of three years. A leading African consumer goods distributor, Pharmtick represents brands such as Pfizer, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, TEVA, Actavis, Accord and Vitabiotics. It also has a growing number of leading over-the-counter products including cold, flu, allergy, heartburn and immune booster products. "Aligning our core brands with one of Africa's leading healthcare and wellness distributors is an important step in the continuing advancement of Harvest One's international distribution strategy," Gord Davey, president and chief executive officer of Harvest One, said in a statement.
American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) announced that it has acquired the operating rights to a PCI carbon surface mine operation which will expand production at its McCoy Elkhorn Complex in Kentucky. Carbon production from this operation will be transported to American Resources’ processing facilities at McCoy Elkhorn around 15 miles away, where it will be processed and shipped to customers. The Fishers, Indiana-based firm anticipates the operation will produce between 5,000 to 15,000 tons per month. No financial terms were disclosed, but American Resources did say that there was no capital paid upfront as part of the transaction.

NorthWest Copper (TSX-V:NWST) Corp said it has received 267,159 common shares from Alpha Copper Corp, representing the first payment under a property option agreement. The option agreement was struck in January among Eastfield Resources Ltd, Alpha, and the company. NorthWest Copper (TSX-V:NWST) said the common shares have an aggregate value of $250,000 and are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV, OTCQX:EDVMF) has announced the sale of its 90% stake in the Karma mine in Burkina Faso to Néré Mining for up to US$25mln plus a 2.5% net smelter return (NSR) royalty. “The sale of our non-core Karma mine to Néré Mining is in line with our strategy of actively managing our portfolio to focus management efforts on high margin, long-life and low all-in sustaining cost, core assets,” said Sébastien de Montessus, president and CEO of Endeavour. “We are very pleased to sell Karma to Néré Mining as we have confidence that they can leverage their experience and knowledge gained from their local investments to maximise Karma’s future prospects.”

BlueRush Inc. (TSX-V:BTV) said it has entered into an agreement with a US-registered securities broker-dealer, under which the company will issue on a private placement basis up to 100 million units at a price of US$0.05 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to US$5 million. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general working capital. In addition, the company has granted the placement agent an option to increase the offering by an additional US$1 million for an additional 20 million units to cover over-allotments.
Stifel GMP analysts released a research note on HighGold (TSX-V:HIGH, OTCQX:HGGOF) Mining Inc, saying drilling at its Munro-Croesus project in Ontario’s Timmins gold camp “shows high grade (gold) in 2 structures”. “We think the company will present an attractive takeout target for a major producer with an ideal combination of deposit scale and regional exploration runway,” the broker's analysts wrote in the note. “The company's extensive Timmins properties also offer free optionality with no value for them currently reflected in the stock price,” they added, saying “we conservatively include $15 million for the exploration value of the company’s extensive Timmins land package," they added.
Marvel Discovery Corp. (TSX-V:MARV)said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an assignment and assumption agreement dated November 18, 2021, between Marvel Discovery Corp. (TSX-V:MARV), District 1 Exploration Corp. (the assignor) and Doctors Investment Group Ltd. (DIG) (the original vendor), whereby the assignor assigned all of its rights to acquire the Highway North property, located in the Athabasca region of Saskatchewan, to the company. In consideration, the company will issue 4.6 million shares to the assignor, pay $125,000 cash ($10,000 in the first year) and issue 1.25 million shares to DIG (250,000 shares in the first year) over three years. The exploration expenditures over three years are in the amount of $650,000 (nil in the first year). The assignor is at non-arm's length to the company.
