ACME Lithium Inc said it has completed its previously-announced US$3 million funding agreement with Lithium Royalty Corp and Waratah Capital Advisors Ltd, which consists of a private placement financing and a royalty sale on ACME's two projects in Manitoba. The company noted that it will use the gross proceeds of the private placement for exploration at its 100% owned Cat-Euclid and Shatford Lake lithium projects in Manitoba and its Clayton Valley and Fish Lake Valley projects in Nevada, as well as general working capital purposes.

Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp revealed that its Alces Lake field camp has reopened, and the team has mobilized to kick off the annual exploration program at its high-grade rare earth element (REE) and gallium Alces Lake property, in northern Saskatchewan. The Toronto, Ontario-based company is looking at its largest ever drilling program with over 12,000 metres (m) planned for 2022. Drilling will continue to evaluate the Wilson, Richard Charles, Bell and including, Ivan, Dante, and Dylan (WRCB) discovery area to determine the size, orientation, and continuity of high-grade mineralization, said the company. Appia is looking at drilling on the trend northwest and southeast of the WRCB area to evaluate the potential of the Hinge, Ermacre, Quartzite and Danny targets as well as Strocen and Augier to investigate significant tonnage potential.

New Age Metals (TSX-V:NAM, OTCQB:NMTLF) Inc has announced new palladium (Pd) assay results for channel samples taken from a trench excavated on an area of mineralized outcrops in the footwall to the Dana South Zone at its River Valley palladium deposit near Sudbury, Ontario, which included grades of up to 6.1 grams per tonne (g/t) palladium, 1.9 g/t platinum, and 0.3% copper. The company said the palladium mineralization could represent an opportunity to expand Dana South eastwards, or is a new discovery in the footwall to the River Valley deposit. “The Pd mineralized potential of the footwall to the River Valley Deposit continues to impress. From discovery of the Pine Zone in 2015 (1 km north of the Dana South Zone) to indications of mineralized footwall at Lismer North and now at Dana South, the potential for exciting new discoveries at River Valley remains surprisingly high,” New Age Metals (TSX-V:NAM, OTCQB:NMTLF) CEO Harry Barr said in a statement. “As Russia is the world’s largest producer of palladium, the current sanctions have driven the palladium price to new all-time highs this week,” Barr added.

Lifeist Wellness Inc said its US subsidiary Mikra Cellular Sciences Inc has started presales of CELLF, a cellular therapeutic compound for oxidative stress, through its website - wearemikra.com - via monthly subscriptions, to be followed by sales on Amazon US shortly after. Mikra is also in the process of obtaining a Natural Product Number (NPN) from Health Canada, according to Lifeist. Once it receives an NPN receipt, Mikra anticipates launching a Canadian retail distribution strategy in the third quarter of 2022. "Lifeist's US portfolio company Mikra is demonstrating meaningful momentum with today's launch of presale activities for CELLF, founded upon clear consumer research insight," said Meni Morim, CEO of Lifeist, in a statement. "We believe that Mikra has the real potential to help accelerate Lifeist's path to profitability and value creation for shareholders, while simultaneously improving human health and wellness.”

Imperial Helium Corp (TSX-V:IHC, OTCQB:IMPHF) has revealed positive results from an independent production test analysis of the Sub-Salt Zone in the IHC-Steveville-3 well that showed “significantly more valuable” gas. Tests conducted by HIS Markit calculated absolute open flow rate of 13.3 million cubic feet of gas per day (mmcf/d), and the capability of sustaining production rates of 2.5 mmcf/d for three years before decline. In a statement, Imperial Helium said that the Sub-Salt Zone (SSZ) gas is more valuable as it has 18.6% more helium and essentially no carbon dioxide (CO2), eliminating expenses associated with removing the CO2 and putting the acid gas back into the ground.

Kontrol Technologies Corp (OTCQB:KNRLF, NEO:KNR) said it has been awarded a $9.7 million heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and automation project for a new high-rise building in the Greater Toronto Area. A binding Letter of Intent (LOI) has been signed and a contract is in process of being drafted, with completion of the contract expected in the second quarter of this year, Kontrol said. The project is anticipated to commence in the third quarter of 2022 with estimated completion in the fourth quarter of 2023. "We are pleased that we are able to win these larger opportunities with our Global team," said Paul Ghezzi, CEO of Kontrol Technologies in a statement. Alternus Energy PLC (EURONEXT:ALT) said it has completed installation of its 13.6 megawatt (MW) project at Rotterdam the Hague Airport (RTHA), increasing its total operating assets by 10% and doubling its footprint in the Netherlands. “This is another significant milestone for Alternus as it’s the first project we have delivered from initial development through to operation confirming our status as a fully integrated IPP. The entire process was managed in-house and was delivered on time and in budget, despite the complex nature of installing over 36,000 solar panels at an airport and connecting to the grid,” Vincent Browne, Alternus Energy CEO, said in a statement. Located beside the runway, the project was developed and installed by its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) arm Unisun Energy Europe. Installation of the project began in mid-October 2021 and commercial operation date (COD) was reached at the end of last month. Operations and maintenance services for the project will be provided by Unisun subsidiary Uper Energy Europe.

Thesis Gold Inc (TSX-V:TAU) has announced the commencement of a spring drilling program at its 100%-owned Ranch gold project in British Columbia, with plans to complete up to 10,000 metres (m) of drilling using two diamond drill rigs during the exploration campaign. The mineral exploration company said the program will be focused within the more than 1.5 kilometre (km) long Thesis structural corridor that hosts the Thesis II, Thesis III, and Bingo occurrences. The drilling campaign underscores the opportunity to conduct year-round exploration in the road-accessible Toodoggone region of British Columbia, it added. "We are excited to get an early start on this year's drill program by leveraging the accessible nature of the project and excellent infrastructure,” Thesis Gold president and CEO Ewan Webster said in a statement. “The primary objective of the spring program is to continue building on the success of last year's drill program within the Thesis structural corridor.”

Goldseek Resources Inc has provided further details of a 4,000-metre drill program currently underway at the Beschefer project, 30 kilometres southwest of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited's Fenelon gold project in Quebec. The exploration company said it has started the program with five holes in the Central Shallow and Deep zones with the objective of developing further continuity in the geometry and grade of the modelled lens. Drilling has targeted areas where high metal factors were historically intercepted associated with strong feldspathic alteration hosting different forms of disseminated pyrite, it added. "These zones have the potential to deliver strong metal factor intercepts, so we are optimistic about the prospects of our infill and expansion holes planned,” the company’s president and CEO Jon Deluce said in a statement. “We look forward to providing a visual observation update once the logging is complete."

Newrange Gold Corp announced that the first diamond drill hole on the Primary Target Horizon (PTH) at its 100%-owned North Birch project in the Birch-Uchi greenstone belt northeast of Red Lake, Ontario has confirmed the presence of a strong deformation zone, well over 100 metres (m) wide, as originally interpreted from the geophysics. The explorer revealed that the sheared and folded basalts and iron formation (IF) also display moderate to intense carbonate alteration and local quartz veining. Pyrite and pyrrhotite mineralization occur as disseminations, stringers and, locally, as 'clots' within quartz veins and veinlets, it added. "The first hole is encouraging as it is an important step in confirming our exploration model at North Birch," the company’s president and CEO Robert Archer said in a statement. "The structural environment as interpreted from airborne magnetics and LiDAR imagery is the basis for identifying the PTH.”

Manganese X Energy Corp (TSX-V:MN, OTCQB:MNXXF) CEO Martin Kepman has underlined the potential of the company's strategically located asset in New Brunswick Canada as demand for manganese for batteries grows and as US vehicle titan Ford recently launched its first electric delivery van.
