CentralNic Group PLC has completed the acquisition of German group VGL for an initial consideration of €67mln.
The internet registry financed the deal through an oversubscribed placing that raised £42mln plus the issue of €21mln worth of senior bonds.
CentralNIc noted it had also been included in the Financial Times’ latest FT 1000 list among the top-250 fastest-growing companies and as one of the top-50 fastest-growing technology companies in Europe.
Over the past seven years, the company has registered compound growth of 73% taking it from US$4mln in revenues to over $400mln.
In 2021, CentralNic's organic growth was 39%, contributing to an overall 71% revenue growth.
