Plurilock Security CEO Ian L. Paterson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has acquired IT and cybersecurity solutions provider Integra Networks Corporation. Paterson telling Proactive the company, which has been around since 1985, serves more than 50 organizations including top-tier customers including Shared Services Canada, Department of National Defence, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Paterson also said the company has a strong balance sheet with sales of 5 million dollars, 19% gross margin over the last 12 months.
